ProCoat 1B

Description:

ProCoat 1B is a water-based corrosion inhibitor. This product will plate out on metal surfaces, displace water and form a dry corrosion preventive film. This anti-corrosion film is transparent, non-staining and upon drying forms a durable hydrophobic coating that will not wash off with water. ProCoat 1B is recommended as a surface conditioner prior to applying thread compounds to threads and can be applied to wet parts, replacing the need for solvent-based dewatering fluids. ProCoat 1B shows outstanding rust and corrosion resisting
properties when exposed to harsh environments. ProCoat 1B forms extremely water-resistant thin films giving superior long term metal protection in harsh salt environments as well as in 100% humidity conditions.
