EVERLAST 960

Everlast 960 is a highly specialized valve lubricant/sealant which is recommended for ball, gate, and plug valves. Capable of maintaining a tenacious insoluble hydrodynamic film between metal surfaces even in the presence of hydrocarbons, water, acids, H2S, and CO2. Everlast 960’s insoluble hydrodynamic film (chemical barrier) coupled with Lubchem’s unique extreme pressure package allows for assured lubricity in valves which regularly experience pressure loads above 15K psi. Everlast 7030 is a multipurpose wide temperature range valve lubricant that is resistant to light hydrocarbons, LPG’s, and aliphatic hydrocarbons.Everlast 7030 is an excellent sealant for ball, gate and plug valves. 50-500 PLUG VALVE LUBRICANT/SEALANT

50-500 stick grease is a multipurpose inherently biodegradable valve lubricant/- sealant. Contains H2S and CO2 inhibitors which create a tenacious barrier protecting critical internal valve components. Recommended for plug valves, 50-500 is water resistant and is insoluble in most aliphatic hydrocarbons, crude oil, diesel fuel, kerosene, LPG, and natural gas.

FORMASIL H2O

Formasil H2O is a specialized rheopectic heavy duty valve sealant for use in gate, ball, or plug valves. Formasil H2O does not rely on solids or fillers to provide a bubble tight seal. Once injected, Formasil’s rheopectic nature allows it to easily travel to the leak area and form an insoluble “elastomer-like” seal which does not harden or impede proper valve operation. Temperature Range .......................................-15 to 450°F/-29 to 232°C

FROMASIL RS HEAVY DUTY EMERGENCY VALVE SEALANT

Formasil RS is a specialized rheopectic hydrocarbon insoluble emergency valve sealant. Formasil RS is a heavy duty emergency sealant which can be used in gate, ball, or plug valves and contains proprietary polymers to provide a bubble tight seal. Once injected, Formasil RS rheopectic nature allows it to easily travel to the leak area and forms an insoluble “elastomer-like” seal which does not harden or impede proper valve operation while providing excellent lubrication. Available in winter and arctic grade. Temperature Range ................. 0 to 450°F/-17.7 to 232°C
